Terms of Service
Last updated: 23 June 2026
These terms govern your use of Famoly (the "Service"). By creating a gallery, uploading a photo, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
The Service
Famoly lets hosts create private photo galleries for weddings and events and lets guests view and upload photos by scanning a QR code or opening a link. Features, limits, and plans may change over time.
Accounts
Hosts sign in with a one-time email code or with Google/Apple. You are responsible for keeping access to your email/sign-in secure and for activity in your galleries. Guests use the Service without an account.
Your content
You keep ownership of the photos you upload. You grant Famoly the limited rights needed to store, process, and display that content to people you share a gallery with, and to operate the Service. You are responsible for the content you upload and for having the right to share it.
Acceptable use
- Do not upload unlawful, infringing, or harmful content.
- Do not upload content that violates others' privacy or rights.
- Do not attempt to break, overload, or abuse the Service or its security.
- Do not use the Service to harass others or distribute malware.
Hosts are responsible for the guests they invite and the content shared in their galleries. We may remove content or suspend access that violates these terms.
Plans & payments
Some features require a paid plan. Paid plans are billed through Stripe. Storage limits and retention depend on your plan; free galleries are deleted after the retention period described in our Privacy Policy. Prices and plan terms may change with notice for future billing periods.
Deleting your account
You can delete your account at any time from the host screen. This permanently removes your account and schedules deletion of all your galleries and their photos. Deletion cannot be undone.
Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that content will always be available. Keep your own copies of photos that matter to you.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Famoly is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of data or content, arising from your use of the Service. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be limited under applicable law.
Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access that violates these terms or that is necessary to protect the Service or other users.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have where you live.
